It was self inflicted – a heavy weekend meant I didn’t do my weekend ritual of cleaning, food shopping + prepping, exercise, nails etc. and that lead to my Monday starting off in a negative frame of mind…
I am always a POSITIVE POLLY and anyone who knows me well knows I am always guaranteed to be smiling, be full of positivity and good energy. This week I have been feeling like a real NEGATIVE NANCY, feeling venomous and hating the world.

SUNDAY. I have been productive and have – set my goals for the week, planned my food prep, ticked off my to do list, cleaned my house, did 30 minutes of pilates and I am starting to feel normal again YIPEEEEE.
