BALI BABY.

I have been SO beyond rubbish at keeping up to date with my blog posts recently but have wanted to share with you all my incredible trip to Bali! I went for two weeks so am probably going to have to split this into two (maybe three haha) posts…

We spent our two weeks in the Seminyak area and stayed at the Centra Taum Hotel which was about a 15 minute walk from the centre. I love the anticipation when you go on holiday and the excitement of exploring somewhere new! I’d researched loads to do, places to eat and see before we went so wanted to get to know my way round Seminyak as quickly as possible.

I won’t share EVERYTHING but do want to share my favourite places to SEE + EAT.

SEACIRCUS. – Seacircus was a really cool place in the centre of Seminyak and the décor was SUPER COLOURFUL and was one of our top places for lunch. It’s run by Australians so the menu really reflects that – lots of delicious egg dishes, nourish bowls, burgers, smoothies and juices.

“PARADISE ISN’T A PLACE IT’S A FEELING.”

MOTEL MEXICOLA. – It’s all in the name. Mexican food! Quesadillas, Tacos, Margaritas & Churros. YUM! The coolest restaurant.

W HOTEL. – I wished SO much that we could have actually stayed here it was the most INCREDIBLE hotel I have ever been to and we came here quite a few times. We came here for sunrise/sunset yoga, to use the pool, spa and for sunset cocktails and WOOBAR. The yoga was actually one of my favourite parts of the whole holiday, it was beautiful watching the sun rise right on the beach whilst we were taught YOGA by the bendiest Balinese instructor.

SAIGON. – VIETNAMESE FOOD. The menu had loads of coconut related dishes and drinks so this one was obviously a winner. One of the nicest drinks I’ve EVER had was the COCONUT SUGARCANE which was sugarcane juice, coconut water, coconut syrup and lime.

CAFE ORGANIC. – Hands down my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE place in Seminyak. Think marble tables, colourful smoothie bowls, matcha lattes, fresh juices, eggs and avo, caramelised banana french toast, matcha pancakes….I could go on forever. I loved this place so much I took pictures of the whole menu so I can try and recreate it at home! #GARDENGANGSTAS

PEACE, LOVE + COCONUTS.
